It has taken me a while to write this but I want to give a big shout out to James and his team on selling our house and helping us to find our place we love to call home in the north. James went above and beyond. We met James a few years ago and it became a roller coaster ride with us. We thought we were ready to sell, then it wasn't. It never seemed right for us at the time. He never pushed and was always available to give us his honest opinion and tell us things we could do to make our house stand out. It took us a few years to finally decide we were ready to take the leap and sell our place. James walked us through everything, was a good listener and gave advice when needed, answered our calls and if he couldn't answer right away, he always got back to us in timely manner. I have recommended James and his team to all of my family and friends. I also recommend him to you if you want a honest realtor. Thanks again James.

James & his team came highly recommended and for very good reason. It started with our Condo, which he sold in only a couple of days for more than any other unit had gone for in the building; taking the stress off our shoulders and walking us through the whole process in a very straightforward way. Then he found us the perfect home to buy. Hi James. I just wanted to say thank you so so much. I was a bundle of nerves with how everything went but I was amazed at how you took care of it. James and his team sold our Grimsby townhouse within a few days and we were ecstatic at how smooth it went especially during the pandemic. But that was the calm before the storm I guess. As a couple weeks later we were notified that the buyer had lost their job and the financing had fallen apart. Even though there weren't any conditions on the financing, we didn't know what to do until you and Chris assured us everything would be fine......and it was. A stressful negative into a huge positive. I still don't know how you found another buyer for us and got us more money within those few days. We're so happy!
